putting the show in your business.

Creating a miraculous immersive experience whether it be as simple as the right greeting at the door or a stunning surprise mini opera to accompany the entrée in your food service offering, has come to be expected by  guests, customers and visitors throughout the service industries worldwide.

In short, the "Service Theatre" experience provides the all important competitive advantage in the uniquely crowded concept retail catering sector.

STRALLENS have been recruiting and training the right stuff and the right staff since the idea of adding value to any kind of retail and retail catering  was born.
We have devised, designed and implemented Service Theatre entertainment experiences, training waiters to dance, dancers in Mixology, singers as Sommeliers and magicians to create the perfect flaming crépe-suzette and making it all appear magically  and above all memorably on the plate, around the world, since 1990.

We have helped staff make  magical appearances, cook and sing up a storm and add value to your customer experience in countless ways in themed restaurants from Italian and Greek and Rock 'n Roll concepts, special pre, post and in the middle of dinner immersive shows for bespoke  dining and themed cocktail bar experiences.

We work closely with your project, staff recruitment and management teams to ensure that every programme is easily assimilated by the participants, fully replicable and documented for ongoing in-house training purposes and can be built into the fabric of your recruitment and retention strategies  adding value both to the business and the sense of esprit de corps throughout your staff.
The key result for you is uniquely valuable, attention grabbing and hugely memorable ingredients, adding inestimable value to your service offering and bottom-line.

Working closely with Stephen Logue at Business Blueprints at the world famous and groundbreaking Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield,  STRALLENS recruited and trained a fully accredited professional  theatre company culled  from in-house staff resources, going on to replicate this model on various scales and  service environments for many of the best known and extensive shopping and leisure centres worldwide with  clients such as McDonalds Restaurants, Turners Life and Sole Restaurants, Westfield and many others.

STRALLENS have coined their approach to immersive customer experiences in retail environments as EVENTERTAINMENT.

THESPOS - Actors at the Point of Sale is a joint project between Stephen Logue and Sandy Strallen.
